Our Grassroots Development Board of Directors is made up of a diverse group of people that intersect in various ways.  Each board member brings a perspective related to their experiences that support their commitment and passion in continuing to develop and create safe and brave spaces for LGBTQ+ young people and their ally friends. The Board meets each month to build, and create a strategic plan that helps Color Splash Out™ to GROW, CONNECT and EMPOWER youth.
