We are grateful to The Transformation Project and their Fellow for this generous grant, which will impact the lives of our Trans and Neuro-Diverse teens. Often our young friends do not have the same leadership opportunities as others in school environments, or they do not feel safe to be their authentic selves. They can experience the same kids of exclusion or discomfort when going to a summer camp or an overnight camping trip. Out Color Splash Out team is committed in changing that we work together, creating spaces where they can feel empowered and are given the tools to thrive
